Welcome to an easy appetizer, served at our Five Ingredient Dinner Party! The key here is the garlic butter (IMHO), but you can decide for yourself. Try adding a good dose of freshly cracked pepper (or use pepper-crusted bacon). And I haven’t tried it, but chipotle and brown sugar bacon would be pretty amazing! But then how can you go wrong with bacon, scallops, butter and garlic? :-)
