Isn’t this Chocolate Crepe Cake amazingly gorgeous??
I wish I could take credit for it but it’s actually a winning recipe from IGA’s weekly Easter recipe contest!
I love cooking with crepes and I can see why this recipe was the big winner. I typically make savory dishes with crepes – like these Roasted Veggie Crepe Stacks or these yummy breakfast Baked Egg Crepes – but this Chocolate Crepe Cake has drawn me over to the sweet side.
Here are some details about the contest and how you can get involved:
Every week, IGA unveils the ingredients for the recipe contest (for example, the ingredients used from this week’s list for this delicious Chocolate Crepe Cake were cooking chocolate, flour and sugar – three of my favorite ingredients)!
Using at least one of the pre-selected ingredients from IGA, simply create an Easter recipe to be in the running to win an iPad OR a cooking class of your choice, for you and a friend (prizes vary on the week you enter). Visit the contest page for more competition details and from there you can submit your recipe entry via an online form. IGA will select the best entry each week and publish the winning recipe on the IGA website (with a link to download it as a beautifully designed recipe card)!
The contest is running through April 22nd so be sure to hop on over and see this week’s ingredients!
