The Answer:
Cherry Cream Cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cherries
- 2 T. powdered sugar
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Slather on your favorite bagel!
Since no one guessed exactly what it was, I chose among everyone who had cream cheese in their answer.

What a fun contest/giveaway! I think this is chopped cherries with marscarpone, Greek yogurt, flavored with a little bit of vanilla and sweetened by agave or honey. hm….my mouth is watering with the descriptions! hahaha…It’ll be good to serve as pancake or waffle toppings…or stuff it in french toasts! Gosh, guess I need to run into the kitchen and whip some up for tomorrow morning’s breakfast! Thanks for the inspiration. ;)

It is all in the texture……..the way that it sets in the bowl, too thick for yogurt….so it must be a softened ice cream….and I say with YOUR sense of humor, the bing cherry on top is to fool us, so I am saying stawberry ice cream with a bing cherry on top !!!!! YUM

I think it’s too shiny and ripply to be yogurt or ice cream; it looks like it’s been poured off a big rubber spatula. I’m guessing it’s a cherry cake batter.
