Hook, Line & Dinner

Last Friday I had the chance to chat with Ben Sargent, host of the upcoming “Hook, Line & Dinner” on the Cooking Channel. It was a fun interview, Ben seems like a down-to-earth and easygoing guy, and the new show sounds perfect for everyone from fisherman to foodies and everyone in between.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t really interested in the show when I first heard about it. Then I read a bit about his life – including this hilarious piece on his Underground Lobster Pound – and my curiosity was peaked. And after chatting with him I knew my DVR was going to have a new show added to its lineup.

Great interview I agree, while the show didn't really appeal to me off the bat – I love fish but I'm no fisherman – I think his personality will keep me tuned in.
