Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce Tips

Adjust the Spiciness – If you’re concerned about too much spice for any little ones or non-spice lovers you have around, you can try dividing it into two saucepans, adding less chipotle to one and more to the other. I’ve done it that way countless times, it’s simple and I love being able to give everyone a choice.

How to Use on Ribs – I usually add a dry rub to my ribs first but you can skip that and just use the Pomegranate Chipotle Barbecue Sauce; it still adds a lot of flavor. Just be sure to baste your ribs about 30 minutes before they’re done and serve plenty at the table. This recipe makes plenty for two 4-pound rack of St. Louis style ribs, including enough to add extra at the table (which we all know is a necessity)!
