mini berry pies

Yesterday I posted a recipe for easy Creamy Custard & Berry Tarts. But today, they’re gone. When you’re a family of four, and there are four tarts, well…they don’t last long.
I still had a sleeve of pie dough to use when I suddenly remembered this cute pie crust mold I’d picked up at Michael’s a few months ago. I cut them out, added to each a couple teaspoons seedless raspberry jam & a few blackberries, sealed and baked! So cute and SO good.
Have a great day!

Those look adorable, and so easy!
Thanks Monet!
The kids will love bringing these to school – so much more original than cookies or cupcakes.
Thanks Dolly!
This will be so awesome in June when my blueberries start fruiting :)
Blueberries would be wonderful little pies, Natalie! I wish I had blueberry bushes.
I wish I was better at making pie crust in general. This recipe is be perfect for me with the premade crust!
I agree! Homemade crust is so much better – but store bought is pretty good, too! And you can’t beat the convenience.
I have so many cookie cutters that I never use, maybe it’s time to break them out now.
You could definitely use cookie cutters for these, Luanne. Great idea!
What an easy desert! I keep buying jam but never really find myself in the mood for toast… these look much better..
Let me know if you try them, Kimberly!
So cute! I bet these disappeared quickly too!
