No, not that White House, just a small little building next to our schoolhouse in Aldie, Virginia. But it’s an important building to the school, the parents and – most importantly – to our children.

The Aldie Heritage Association is pursuing a grant for $50,000 to help renovate the house – a 1930′s two-room schoolhouse currently used for storage – into an art and music building for the Aldie Elementary School.

Currently, the Arts and Music Programs share a very crowded space on the stage at Aldie. This project would create a separate space for each program and maximize the potential for our budding artists and musicians.
