tarragon! I find that i use it more often if I am looking for a simple way to dress up plain veggies.

Saffron is my favorite spice.. Oh, the color it gives in a Paella..or a simple sauce, or eggs, ..! <3 it !
Cardamon is so fun to use. My #1 favorite right now.
Thyme! Love so many, but find reasons to use thyme! LOVE this spice set – wow!
Cayenne. I put it on everything. My fav, don’t judge, is potato chips.
Garlic Powder and Crushed Red Chili Flakes!
Marjoram is my favorite go to Italian spice, sort of the nobody of the spice world but its delicious.
I love CHINESE 5SPICE POWDER:)
Iodized salt.
Rosemary – love that on lamb – and I have a whole 5# leg in my freezer just waiting to be smothered.
Hmmm….my all time favorite spice is cumin….however, I use garlic in just about everything. Yum!!

It’s gotta be garlic, though I consider it more of a flavor with the amount I use and the fact that I often use it fresh. Otherwise, I’d have to say my favorite spice is Curry powder.

I would have to say my favorite spice to use would be fennel seed.. Especially once it’s toasted I love it’s great flavor..

I’ve love the name Wicked Noodle, and you share the best recipes ever,
I have in the last 10 years learned more about spices and herbs and even grow a few. I experiment away and each time I try something new it has totally enhanced the dish. Experimenting has opened many new doors. And sometimes I am carried to other lands, by the spices I use.
