Fruit Not Fat.

That’s the slogan of this yummy – YUMMY – granola.

You all know that I LOVE me my fat. I’m not shy about butter, bacon, and a little more butter. But I also strive to balance my fat-loving booty with a dose of healthy fare, too, and there’s nothing better than a big bag of healthy that tastes like it’s not.

Enter this granola.

Several bags of it arrived on my doorstep a couple of months ago. I put off trying it, assuming that it was probably just *okay* but not anything special. Maybe even a little off-tasting since it was cooked without the typical oil.

Oh, how I love being wrong!

This was SO DELISH!! I’d never have known it was cooked in fruit, and its quickly become my favorite granola. I typically make my own at home, but if this is that much lower in fat and tastes this good, I will definitely be adding it to the grocery list.
