I’ve recently become a HUGE Bobby Flay fan – every single recipe of his that I’ve tried has been fantastic. I’ve even found myself watching FoodTv again after a hiatus of a few years, just so I can watch Boy Meets Grill. This is a short but fun video where he whips up three different burgers – Nacho, Blue Cheese and Texas style. YUM!! I’m so glad it’s barbecue season!
Flay is god especially since his food is very approachable and replicatable to a home cook/chef. Definitely agree that BBQ season is here and that's a good thing!

You have restored my sanity! Why aren't cooks raving about this guy? I'm almost embarrassed to say how great I think this cook is, because he's almost a cliche by this point.
But I too cook extensively from his cookbook,s and he has an EXCEPTIONAL palate and personal food style. And as you say, his recipes WORK. Hands together and deep bow of respect to Chef Bobby Flay.
I know!! I agree with all of you about Flay – he rocks! I like his personality – he's actually pretty funny. He's always eating on his show, too, which I guess I can relate to since it seems like I'm always eating! He just seems really down to earth and I like that, especially since his recipes are so awesome!
