These Butterfinger Pie Parfaits are easy to make and taste amazing. Butterfinger Pie is creamy, smooth and has a great flavor and texture.

We finally finished off these Butterfinger Pie Parfaits last night and I am so glad they’re gone.
I’m not much of a candy bar girl but, when given the choice, Butterfinger is one of my favorites. We had a stash of them left from a kid’s party a few weeks back so a dessert was bound to happen.
My first thought was cookies (that still may have to happen as I didn’t use all the Butterfingers) or brownies (can’t decide which to make)! But then I remembered these Peanut Butter Pie Parfaits that I made a while back that I thought would be AMAZING as Butterfinger Pie.
Most of the ingredients are the same although the ratios needed some adjustments. It took a few tries but I do believe I finally got them just right!

I also added a drizzle of melted Nutella to the top of each parfait and my strong suggestion is not to skip it…it’s quite delicious. I would even go so far as to suggest adding a Nutella layer to the middle of each parfait then the finishing drizzle over the top.
The point is that you really can’t go wrong with these Butterfinger Pie Parfaits once you have the Butterfinger mixture – you could add spinach and it would still taste divine {please don’t add spinach}.

- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 8-oz container plain whipped cream cheese (or regular cream cheese, softened)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- When ready to serve, drizzle melted Nutella over parfaits and top with reserved Butterfinger pieces. (If Nutella isn’t thin enough after melting, add a teaspoon or two of water and whisk until it reaches desired consistency).
