  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 ounces softened cream cheese or cottage cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar, preferred but not required

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Separate the eggs. Place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
    3. Add the cream cheese or cottage cheese to the yolks with the salt. Mix with an electric mixer until well combined, then set aside.
